New ‘Galileo’ line installed at Airós, Barcelona
Airós, manufacturer of natural gluten-free products since 1980 in Martorell, launches its new automatic baguette line Galileo manufactured and adapted to work with GLUTEN FREE doughs.
With this industrial line, Airós will be able to produce up to 2,500 baguettes per hour, with a maximum weight of 700g and hydrations of up to 75% to continue offering its gluten-free products of the highest quality and its special flavour that characterises them.
