The annual BakingTECH conference, organised by the American Society of Baking (ASB), celebrates 100 years of technical education for the baking industry and, this year, Beor joins the celebration from 27-29 February in Chicago, USA.
The event brings together more than 1,000 baking professionals and includes educational sessions, innovative technical presentations and the opportunity to meet with more than 150 equipment and ingredient suppliers. In addition, attendees can participate in workshops and professional lunches, and network with future industry professionals.
