Pleased to install and set up another Multiproduct Line “Gaudí”, this time at Wonder Bakery in Dubai, UAE‘s largest quality industrial bakery that manufactures and supplies fresh and frozen bakery products for five star hotels, restaurants, supermarkets, airlines and many other companies.
The line was designed and built together with the customer for maximum flexibility and versatility in daily production. One of its main features is the ability to work with very soft doughs up to 100% hydration depending on the flour.
