Last week, with great satisfaction, we completed the assembly and testing of a new system for scoring fermented bread with a water jet.
The scorer, a CompactLeo, allows working with a tray rack in just about 2 minutes and obtaining any shape of cut such as straight, inclined, cross, etc.
